Located on one of Oregon’s premier flowers farms in the Kilchis River Valley.
Small Barn
Features a newly constructed modified post and beam timber frame 33′ by 40′ barn, It’s adorned by full dimensional rough cut lumber, decorative concrete, and a beautiful, authentic rock wall. Adjacent to the barn is a four acre field of mowed grass, a six acre corn maze, and a rock fireplace. This barn is our flagship event’s barn for the Kilchis River Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze.
Farm Recreation
In addition to weddings, this barn can be used for a variety of recreational activities. Some of which have included business meetings, SAFE graduation parties, a dog camp/show, a youth running camp, customer appreciate u-pick pumpkins, baby showers, family reunions–essentially this space is limited only to your imagination. Small Barn Farm Recreational Event Center includes:
- 33′ x 40′ timber frame post & beam barn featuring full dimensional rough cut lumber and a one of a kind rock wall.
- This barn is adorned with a stamped concrete pathway, a cobblestone circle, and a firepit which has character & charm that looks like it was born on the Kilchis River.
- This venue is in view of the Kilchis River, has four acres of freshly mowed lawn grass right outside for a variety of recreational options, sits adjacent to the Kilchis River Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze, and lies beautifully in the Kilchis River Valley surrounded by the OR State Forest.

Additional Details include:
- WIFI is available in the barn.
- Wedding booking includes from noon on Friday to 2 PM on Sunday
- Tent camping and small RV’s invited, large RV’s are too large
- The barn has water and power. Power is limited to about 15 amps. If you need more power, you will need to consider a generator.
- Suitable for small weddings, family gatherings, corporate meetings, class reunions, family reunions, baby showers, and more.
- Package includes organic wedding pergola or chuppah (your choice)
Use of 15 picnic tables, which are 4’ by 6’ in size. If you need more tables/chairs you can rent them from a third party vendor. See Full Vendor List here..
Additional Details include:
- This event site is adequate for 200 people or more because of ample outside space, however, the small barn only comfortably sits 80 people. For larger parties we recommend combining the use of outdoor space.
- We have 2 outdoor restaurant type heaters available for rent for the colder months.
- No sound system allowed unless there is not an event scheduled for the Big Barn main wedding area.
- One to two port-a-potties will be available depending on party size.
- Get access to once in a lifetime photo opportunity using whole farm–any time prior to, during, or after your event (by appointment).
- Alcohol can be served if all county and state guidelines are being followed.
