Small Barn Farm Recreational Event Center includes:
- 33′ x 40′ timber frame post & beam barn featuring full dimensional rough-cut lumber and a one of a kind rock wall.
- This barn is adorned with a stamped concrete pathway, a cobblestone circle, and a firepit.
- This venue is in view of the Kilchis River, has four acres of freshly mowed lawn grass right outside for a variety of recreational options, sits adjacent to the Kilchis River Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze, and lies beautifully in the Kilchis River Valley surrounded by the OR State Forest.
- Located in the heart of one of Oregon’s premier flower farms, Oregon Coastal Flowers.
- PET FRIENDLY WEDDING VENUE
- WIFI is available in the barn.
- Wedding booking includes from noon on Friday to 2 PM on Sunday
- Tent camping and small RVs invited, large RVs are too large
- The barn has water and power. Power is limited to about 15 amps. If you need more power, you will need to consider a generator.
- Suitable for small weddings, family gatherings, corporate meetings, class reunions, family reunions, baby showers, and more.
- Package includes organic wedding pergola or chuppah (your choice)
- Use of 15 picnic tables, which are 4’ by 6’ in size. If you need more tables/chairs you can rent them from Twins Ranch Catering or another third-party rental company including the Tillamook Rental Center.
- This event site is adequate for 200 people or more because of ample outside space, however, the small barn only comfortably sits 80 people. For larger parties we recommend combining the use of outdoor space.
- We have 2 outdoor restaurant type heaters available for rent for the colder months.
- No sound system allowed unless there is not an event scheduled for the Big Barn main wedding area.
- One to two port-a-potties will be available depending on party size.
- Get access to once in a lifetime photo opportunity using whole farm–any time prior to, during, or after your event (by appointment).
- Alcohol can be served if all county and state guidelines are being followed.
- Requires homeowners insurance policy to state Hydrangea Ranch is not liable for any injury that a wedding guest may incur on the property.
