Main Wedding Venue includes:
- Use of 38×48 open sided natural pavilion with beautiful, stamped concrete and an unobstructed view of the Hydrangea Ranch and Kilchis River.
- Use of 46X60 Big Barn (scheduled to be opened in May 2022), modified post & beam construction using rough cut lumber and local building materials including majestic rock wall and reclaimed lumber concrete stamping along with elk horn chandeliers and unique medallion. The cafeteria/events area is 2,040 ft2.
- Food prep area available for weddings, including ice machine
- Use of commercial kitchen for partner caterers only
- 4-acre grass field attached to 6 acres of hydrangeas, adjacent to the Kilchis River and OR State Forest
- PET FRIENDLY WEDDING VENUE
- Wedding booking includes from noon on Friday to 2 PM on Sunday.
- Tent camping and small RVs invited, large RVs are too large
- Adequate electrical needs
- Package includes organic wedding pergola or chuppah (your choice)
- Unlimited parking on the track a short walk from the wedding facilities, though longer than what some people would desire. Two handicap parking spots are available near the Big Barn with sidewalk leading to the barn and all other ADA requirements met.
- Limited parking for wedding party near Big Barn (10 spots). We highly encourage sizeable weddings to have an individual direct parking traffic into the track. If there is no one in charge of parking, guests will see wedding party vehicles parked by the Big Barn and will assume they can park there as well which simply isn’t possible. You may want to provide parking instructions in your invitations. NO DRIVING OR PARKING ON THE GRASS. It is a big temptation to park and drive on the grass doing so will prevent your deposit from being returned.
- Walk in cooler in food prep area for food and drinks. Large walk in cooler available on the farm for flowers.
- Use of 20 picnic tables, 4’x6’ in size which comfortably sits 6-8. If additional tables/chairs are needed call Twins Ranch Catering for renting tables, chairs, linens, additional tents, etc. Or rent from a third-party rental company including the Tillamook Rental Center or 503.842.5596.
- Two unisex bathrooms available in Big Barn and two additional port-a-potties may be located outside for larger weddings.
- Wedding photos among 6 acres of hydrangeas or elsewhere on the farm at Oregon Coastal Flowers—one of America’s premier flower farms. Any time prior to, during, or after your wedding (with appointment).
- Alcohol can be served if all county and state guidelines are being followed.
- Requires homeowners insurance policy to state Hydrangea Ranch is not liable for any injury that a wedding guest may incur on the property.
